Welcome to Webring Studio. By using our site, widget, directory, or any affiliated tools (collectively “the Service”), you agree to the following terms. Please read them. Or don’t — but if something goes sideways, this is what we’ll be referencing.

1. The Short Version

Webring Studio is a free tool that helps you create and join webrings. Most features are free. Some extras are paid. We expect users to act in good faith, not be terrible humans, and keep things SFW.

2. Your Content, Your Responsibility

You own the content on your own website. We don’t host your content. We don’t control it. But we do reserve the right to remove your listing, ring, or access to the Service if your content:

• Is hateful, discriminatory, violent, abusive, or misleading
• Promotes illegal activity
• Violates intellectual property rights
• Includes adult/NSFW material (we don’t allow it. Period.)

You’re fully responsible for anything you link to via the Service.

3. No NSFW or Adult Content

Webring Studio is a no-NSFW zone. Sites that host adult content or link to explicit material (even if labeled) are not allowed to use the Service. Submitting an adult site will get your listing removed without warning.

4. Paid Features

Some parts of Webring Studio (such as theme packs, branding removal, or promoted listings) are optional paid upgrades. These payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

We may change pricing or paid feature availability at any time. If we do, we’ll try to let you know in a way that doesn’t feel like spam.

5. Termination

We can remove, suspend, or block your access to any part of the Service at our discretion, especially if:

• You violate these terms
• You act in bad faith
• Your site causes harm or breaks things

We’re not required to give warnings or explanations — though we often will if the situation calls for it.

6. Disclaimers & Liability Stuff

The Service is provided “as is.” We make no guarantees:

• That it’ll always be online
• That it’ll work on your browser
• That your traffic will increase
• That your cat won’t step on your keyboard and break your HTML

We’re not liable for damages, data loss, missed opportunities, emotional spirals, or anything else that might happen as a result of using Webring Studio.

7. Changes to These Terms

We might update these terms sometimes. If we do, we’ll post the changes here. It’s your responsibility to check back occasionally. We won’t chase you down with a pop-up unless it’s a major change.
